Huge rooms and comfy beds in convenient location This hotel was perfect for our romantic getaway. We were pleasantly surprised at how large and spacious the room was, with a separate lounge area and bedroom. the bed was very comfortable, which meant a good night's sleep after a busy day exploring the city. the location was fantastic, very convenient for transport links with the metro station only a stone's throw away. We loved being able to easily get to all the places we wanted to visit.
the decor was a bit dated, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

It was a real pleasure staying here. The deco is old spanish style that even though a little old had charm and went well together. It was quiet for the most part, beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. There was an entrance with second door for added quiet. The service whether it was the coffee shop or cleaning people it was excellent. I had some minor complaints and they were addressed immediately. Even though we requested non smoking because of size of group we were put in smoking room, it is the entire floor(10th) but they deoderized it well. Area was good, 1 block from Charmatin station, excellent restaurants close by and grocery strores nearby. At first glance would think industrial but is residential.
One thing annoying was on Booked.net site it states bar fridge and fridge available when there is only a bar fridge. They were very specific in stating it was a mistake on site. The kitchen was curtained off and off limits and fridge had been removed. the Chairs were a bit rickety, no Ironing board, Not big compliants just something people should know and Booked.net should remove off site

The hotel's location just next to the central train station is a major advantage, making it convenient for travelers coming or leaving by train. the proximity to the Charmantin station and Plaza Castilla, both within a 5-minute walk, ensures easy access to the city's main attractions. the metro, which is never packed, provides a hassle-free means of transportation.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was described as average, which could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

I like this hotel. It is in a convenient location near Chamartin train station. The decor in the rooms is a little old but I found it really charming. The room was spacious and the free wifi was appreciated.

Spatious room, stylish furniture, clean bathroom, functional free Wi-Fi, fair breakfast. This hotel is ideal for anyone arriving at a late hour as a transit point before continuing journey at the Chamartin train station.

During my weekend stay, I was happy to discover the hotel had spacious rooms with comfortable beds and ample lighting. The free Wi-Fi was a great plus, and when I needed to print my boarding pass, the computer station in the lobby was a helpful amenity. the hotel's location was near restaurants and bars, and only a short walk from public transportation.
One downside during my stay was the outdated bathroom fixtures, which detracted from the overall appeal of the room. the breakfast could have been more diverse, as there were limited options.

As we had an early morning train the next morning, this was the perfect location for us: right across the street from the train station.
They had a shuttle to the airport, but not one from the airport to the hotel ... that was a 25 euro taxi ride.

Great location, near 2 metro stations ==> Easy access to the airport!
It was announced as a cheap last minute action, but the day after there was no more action and the price was even lower! Seems like a bad way of luring people

All rooms are suites with beautiful separate sitting rooms, elegant room decor, and modern marble bathrooms. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, extremely clean. Interesting downstairs lobby with matador memorabilia and mounted bull heads. Nearby bus and metro station with decent cafe.
Hotel restaurant was expensive with terrible food. Hotel is difficult to find even with gps.

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was quite amazing. Old world decor and charm. Bedroom was in a separate room with a fabulous bathroom attached. There was even a cordoned off area (with shutters) that revealed a kitchenettes Would definitely return there again.
The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about
